Xpandage.com (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") provides its services to you subject to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

If you visit or shop at Xpandage.com or use the services and resources available through the Company (the “Services”), you represent that you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or shop at Xpandage.com or use any related Services provided by the Company.

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped USPS, they will go out within 24 hours of placing your order. International orders may take 3-4 weeks to reach the customer.

International

All orders, unless noted otherwise, will be shipped DHL, United States Postal Service Priority International or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers will be given but remember tracking information will not be available until after the package is delivered. Shipping rates are subject to adjustment based on international locations.

You are liable for any taxes or duties that may apply. We will not collect taxes or duties from you. It is your responsibility to look into your country/local policies of taxes and duties, and to abide by those. It is your responsibility to know if your country's Customs Department permits the shipment of our products and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We can not provide a refund for the shipping of any package if you refuse it or if it is refused by customs due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the order is seized by customs for any reason and is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

Refund Policy

Xpandage.com offers a refund (minus shipping expenses) for up to 90 days after your purchase date. We accept unopened bottle returns within three months of purchase.

Bottles that have been opened, used, partially used, or had their security seals broken adhere to a separate return guideline. Returns on opened or used bottles are limited to two bottles, per product, per order. We are unable to refund more than two opened bottles per order number.

We will allow one refund transaction per product order (specific to that particular product), per household, under our one year money-back guarantee. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund orders that relate to a product previously returned, or if any return is deemed excessive.

There is a non-negotiable 15% return processing fee deducted from the total refund amount that you will receive once the return is approved, product shipped back, and processed fully by us. After obtaining an RMA number from customer service, simply send the product back to:

This site’s registration forms require users to give us contact information (including your name, email address, postal address and telephone number). Your contact information is stored within our customer database, to track your order. Occasionally, your email address may be used, only by us, to provide you with exclusive offers and special deals on our products. Site Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. SMS Terms And Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By checking the box to sign up for one or more text messaging programs, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages from Xpandage.com including text messages made with an autodialer, at the telephone number that you provide. You may opt-out of these communications at any time, and consent to receive marketing text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.

Program Description

Xpandage.com and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”) to deliver Xpandage.com text messages to you. Xpandage.com text messages are intended to provide you with information about the status of your order, reminders for refill ordering and occasional promotions.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Xpandage.com text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service plan, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Xpandage.com does not impose a separate fee for sending Xpandage.com text messages.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, Metro PCS, and Cellular One, among others.

Text Frequency

Xpandage.com will send out a maximum of 5 text messages per week.

Opt In Instructions

You may opt in within the order process by checking the box that states Receive occasional offers and news via text message within the order process of the Xpandage.com.

Opt Out Instructions

To stop receiving text messages, text STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number from which you received the last text message.

Changes To Terms And Conditions

Xpandage.com may revise, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, in our sole discretion. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to Xpandage.com. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of Xpandage.com and related Services will indicate your acceptance of any changes.

Your use of and/or participation in certain Services may be subject to additional terms ("Supplemental Terms") and such Supplemental Terms will either be listed in these Terms and Conditions or will be presented to you when you use the supplemental Service. We will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages as delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, the Company, including but not limited to its affiliates, employees and agents, are not responsible and will not be liable for any damages of any nature, including without limitation any incidental, special or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost business opportunities), punitive damages or attorney’s fees.

Except as otherwise provided herein, your use of this service under this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
